Filey North Yorkshire

Filey in North Yorkshire is a small town between Scarborough and Bridlington, although it was a fishing village, it has a large beach and is a popular tourist resort.

Filey beach is one of the best in the country for families – it’s so huge that, no matter how busy it gets, it’s never crowded.

The town, too, is full of gentle pleasures, with its Edwardian architecture, quirky shops and intriguing museum.

Filey won the beach of the year in 2018 from the Sunday Times. Filey is one of the old time favourite holiday destinations for young and old alike.
