It was our first experience with a caravan holiday and with parkdean resorts. We enjoyed every bit of it. Nice and clean caravan with all the necessities. Enjoyed all the activities and entertainment. Would recommend people to book activities in advance. Will surely book holiday with parkdean resorts.
We stayed in the new lodges and wow! Totally exceeded expectations! Clean, modern, comfortable and spacious! The entertainment was amazing, the staff in the boat house couldn’t do enough for you, food was great and the general manager and his team were just fabulous!! Can’t wait to go again!!
Staff on check in were lovely and helpful. The caravan was beautiful, clean, warm and very inviting.
Had a lovely veranda which was not expected.
Had tea at the boathouse. Food a little disappointing but am I being too fussy for a place that needs to suit all. Kids loved the pool and activities. I had a lovely chilled week with the kids. Well done all staff for keeping the place spotless
